The CIMA Courses
There are no pre-qualification requirements or previous experience needed to enrol on our CIMA courses, so you can get started right away. The course is ideal for home study but you may find a reasonable standard of maths and English to be of benefit.
There are two CIMA Qualifications, each of which has it’s own path to achievement.
• The CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting - provides the learner with a sound education and knowledge in the basics of accounting along with the business skills required to apply the knowledge to best advantage within an organisational environment. This qualification fulfils the entry requirements for learners advancing on to the CIMA Professional Chartered Management Accounting Qualification.

Fundamentals of Management Accounting
Fundamentals of financial accounting
Fundamentals of business mathematics
Fundamentals of business economics
Fundamentals of ethics, corporate governance and business law
• The CIMA Professional Chartered Management Accounting Qualification - is a comprehensive course which, on completion provides a very highly regarded and relevant qualification that illustrates the key skills demanded by today’s employers.
The Professional qualification will provide training and expertise in three main areas:
Management Accounting
Business Management
Financial Management

In order to be able to study for the Professional Chartered Management Accounting qualification, candidates must already hold the CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting, or alternatively an exempting qualification that is approved by CIMA.
This latest update of the CIMA Professional Course offers every exam that is available in each of the ‘Performance Pillars’ namely, the Enterprise pillar, Performance pillar and Financial pillar as illustrated in the CIMA syllabus chart below:
