When will I receive my order?
Most of our products are delivered electronically. Shortly after you make your payment, you will be provided with a download link so that you can download your purchase instantly. If you have purchased a CD or DVD, we usually despatch orders the same day as we receive them, excluding weekends. We ask customers to allow 10 days to receive their order.
What if my download fails?
Is your site secure?
Yes, we use PayPal to process all payments. PayPal have over 100 Million accounts and use the highest levels of encryption. As a PayPal Merchant, we never get to see your card details they are only sent, securely encrypted, to PayPal.
We have also chosen to undergo a rigorous independent validation process and are now proud to carry the Validated Site seal, giving our customers the confidence to deal with a verified reputable company.
I haven’t studied for many years, do your courses allow for people like me?
Returning to formal study at a college may present a problem. However, our courses are deigned for home study at your own pace, making them ideal for people who haven’t studied for a while.
Will I receive a professional qualification?
We provide course material to help gain a recognised qualification, but no examinations. Many of our students have successfully passed recognised qualification exams, simply by studying our material, and without sitting any college courses.
Do you provide tutor support?
No. This would increase the cost of the courses dramatically - compare our prices!
I have no previous experience. Will this be a problem?
Just as long as you have an interest, enthusiasm and a desire to learn, that’s all you’ll need. Our material can provide you with the information you need, even if you are a beginner.
How do I contact you if there’s a problem?
Our courses are self explanatory, but if you are unsure of anything, please contact us via email. Just click the ‘Contact Us’ link at the top of the page.
How do I return an item ?
Please email us first. We will provide you with a returns number and address to return the item to. You can email us through our Contact Form.
My software has locked up, what have I done wrong ?
Many of our products are protected by remote Locker software to prevent copying. Installation on more than one computer may result in all installations of that software locking up. If you believe that your software has locked up in error, please contact us and we will investigate and re-establish your software as quickly as possible.
Do you charge VAT on your sales ?
Although we are British, our business was previously registered in France, however we have recently re-located back to the UK, so there is no VAT charged on our sales at present.

What if my purchase is faulty ?
All our goods are checked and verified before dispatch, however if you find your goods are faulty, please return your goods which we will replace promptly, free of charge. Please email us first. We will provide you with a returns number and address to return the item to. You can email us through our Contact Form.
How do I get qualified?
Many of our courses are designed to help you gain recognised qualifications. On completion of the course in your own time and when confident to do so, you can book into any approved examination centre that accepts external candidates to sit your exam.
You have 48 hours in which to complete your download. If you fail to download within this time, you can simply click the ‘Request Additional Download’ link on your purchase receipt email and we will authorise an additional download. If you still have problems, please contact us and we will endeavour to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
