17th Edition Wiring Regulations
The seventeenth ( 17th ) edition of the IEE Wiring Regulations, BS 7671:2008 Requirements for Electrical Installation, published in January 2008 and to which all electrical installations designed after the 30th. June 2008 must comply.
City and Guilds have developed two new 17th Edition qualifications that are relevant to the new regulations, which are called the 2382-10 and 2382-20. The 2382-20 exam being an ‘update’ exam for those who are up to date with the 16th Edition and simply need to update to the 17th Edition Regulations.
The new City and Guilds 17th edition exams are now available and can be taken at approved City & Guilds examination centres.
