Follow the steps below to obtain your Activation Code

For Electrician Course ‘Starter’ you will need: 2382 and 2392
For Electrician Course ‘Intermediate’ you will need: 2382 only

For Electrician Course ‘Advanced’ you will need: 2382 and 2377

A Box will pop up.

Enter your Name and Email address in the boxes and click ‘Continue’.

You will be provided with your Activation Code.

Run your Simulator by double clicking the ‘Shield’ icon.

Enter your Activation Code when asked.

Your simulator is now activated.

If you have problems, Check:

DO NOT REQUEST MORE ACTIVATION CODES

* You must be connected to the Internet.

* The code must be entered Exactly as it is case sensitive.

* Please ensure any '0' (zeros) and 'O' (Oh's) are entered correctly.

* Try disabling your firewall if you have connection problems.

* The exam simulator will NOT connect through a Company Network.

* ONLY ONE CODE IS REQUIRED - PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST MULTIPLE CODES - KEEP A RECORD OF YOUR CODE

* The IP Address of ALL Activations is Recorded.

* You must be connected to the internet EACH time you initially run the simulator.

Important Notes:

Each time you obtain an Activation Code, you will also be emailed the code automatically.

This is an automatic process and does NOT mean you have made another purchase, it is simply confirmation of a new code.

If you have problems with activation, please try disabling any firewalls and ensure that you are connected to the internet before running the simulator. As soon as the simulator has gone past the activation screen, you may disconnect from the internet if required.

Please note that the Activation Code is NOT the password to open any pdf course files, it is only to activate the exam simulator. To access any password protected pdf files you will need the password that is contained both in your confirmation email and also inside the CD case on CD purchases.
